Privacy Policy

§.1 General provisions

  1. The administrator of the data is Rafin Group Limited Liability Company with headquarters in 43-400 Cieszyn, 1 Pokoju Street, registered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000792440, the documentation of which is kept in the District Court in Bielsko-Biała, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP: 5482725602, REGON: 383720045, with share capital and paid-up capital: PLN 5,000.
  2. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  3. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Terms and Conditions shall be used, or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it follows directly from the description).
  4. For the purpose of better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” is replaced by “You”, “Administrator” by “We”. The term “RODO” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  5. We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. For this purpose, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.
  6. Personal data provided in contact forms are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2. Data Administrator

  1. The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you have an Account on our site, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.
  2. The service provider is also the controller of those who subscribe to the newsletter and those who use the contact form and inquiry form.
  3. Personal data is processed:
    a. in accordance with data protection regulations,
    b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
    c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, formation of the content of the Agreement, amendment or termination thereof and proper implementation of Services provided electronically,
    d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfillment of legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject: to the extent and for the purpose [przykładowo] in accordance with the consent given by you if [for example] you subscribed to the newsletter, to the extent and for the purpose in accordance [przykładowo] with the consent given by you if [for example] you used the contact form or the inquiry form.
  4. Each data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

  6. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or the withdrawal of consent only to the extent for the purpose of pursuing possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain the data.
  7. The Service Provider has the right to share the User’s personal data and other data of the User with entities authorized under applicable laws (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
  8. Deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  9. The Service Provider shall not share personal data with any other entities than those authorized under applicable law.
  10. The Service Provider shall ensure up-to-date security standards in order to minimize the consequences of a possible data security breach.
  11. Personal data shall be processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we cooperate closely.

§3. Cookies

1. The https://compacc.tax/ website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser’s computer software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device from which the user is connecting. The parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information they contain. Cookies thus facilitate the use of previously visited sites.

The information collected relates to IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, ISP, time and date information, location, and information sent to the site via the contact form.

2. The data collected is used to monitor and review how users use our sites in order to improve the site by providing a more efficient and seamless navigation experience. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behavior on the site.

Cookies identify the user, allowing us to tailor the content of the site he or she uses to his or her needs. By remembering his or her preferences, it makes it possible to appropriately tailor advertisements directed to him or her. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our service, and collected data are used only inside the company Rafin Group LLC in order to optimize operations.

3. On our site we use the following cookies:

(a) “necessary” cookies to enable the use of services available on the site, such as authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the site;

(b) “security” cookies, e.g. used to detect abuse of authentication within the site;

(c) “performance” cookies, which enable the collection of information on how the website’s pages are used;

(d) “functional” cookies, which allow “remembering” the user’s selected settings and personalizing the user’s interface, e.g. with regard to the selected language or region of the user’s origin, font size, web page layout, etc;

(e) “advertising” cookies, enabling the delivery of advertising content more tailored to the user’s interests.

additional personal data, such as e-mail address, are collected only in places where the user, by filling out the form, has expressly consented to it. We retain and use the above data only for the needs necessary to perform the function.
